Cody Loveland is currently the Global Head of Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Alcon, in Fort Worth, Texas and is behind the digital strategy to inspire associates and attract top talent. He developed and implemented Alcon’s world-class, multi-day BestSTART onboarding program and continues to facilitate high performing teams, employee engagement, leadership and culture workshops as a member of the Talent Management and Organizational Development team.

Before joining Alcon, he was a consultant with Korn Ferry providing social media strategy & leadership development programs to life science portfolio clients in North America. Prior to Korn Ferry, He led digital marketing and social media strategy on various platforms at a global non-profit, taught social media marketing at an accredited business college and promoted independent films and small businesses on social media. His work on social media has led multiple campaigns to trend worldwide on Twitter, individual Facebook posts reaching millions of people and Instagram photos used by national companies to promote their brand. He also spent 12 years as an administrator in private education creating learning and development workshops, in-service training conferences and skill-based instruction to teachers across the Pacific North West.
